Creator Guidelines
- Complimentary admission is not guaranteed. Each request is reviewed individually based on availability, audience fit, and the proposed collaboration.
- Creators should have an established, engaged audience. We may request audience analytics to help us evaluate a potential partnership.
- Please plan photography and video so it never disrupts operations, safety procedures, or another guest’s experience.
- Respect the privacy of our guests, especially children, and our team members. Please do not interview or feature guests or employees without advance permission.
- Commercial shoots, professional crews, specialty equipment, or any filming beyond casual creator content may require advance written approval.
- All content capture must follow Cowabunga’s safety rules and staff direction at all times.
- Submit collaboration and visit requests ahead of time so our team has an opportunity to review them.
