Text messages, email preferences, and family bookings

Updated September 14, 2026. This section explains our ticketing and party-booking communication programs and supplements the notice below.

Independent permissions

We keep phone verification, waiver completion, booking-related text permission, SMS marketing permission, and email marketing permission separate. Providing contact details or completing a purchase or waiver does not by itself subscribe you to marketing. Each marketing channel requires its own affirmative choice, and declining does not affect access to purchased tickets or normal booking confirmations.

Information used for messaging

When you opt in, we process the adult contact's mobile number or email address, relevant order or booking and household identifiers, location, the permission you selected, when and where you selected it, and the disclosure shown at signup. We also maintain opt-out records and, where messaging is used, message and delivery records so we can operate the program, provide support, and honor your choices.

Service providers and mobile information

We use Twilio for text messaging and phone verification, and SendGrid for email delivery. Our booking and marketing systems, including AutomateWoo, manage preferences and permitted communications. These providers process information needed to perform services for us. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in and consent data are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. The broader marketing-partner and advertising-sharing descriptions elsewhere in this notice do not authorize such use of SMS opt-in or consent data.

Family information and personalization

Parents or guardians may provide children's names, ages or birth dates, and related booking or waiver information to arrange visits and parties. This is operational family information; our marketing messages are directed to consenting adults, not children. Completing a waiver does not authorize marketing use of children's information. If birthday personalization is offered, we will explain what information it uses and present a separate optional choice before using children's birth dates for that purpose. Full waiver documents are not transferred into marketing merely because an adult subscribes.

Changing your choices

Reply STOP to stop texts from the relevant messaging program, or HELP for assistance. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop marketing emails. SMS and email preferences are independent. You can also contact info@cowabungas.com for help with your preferences or privacy requests. Necessary purchase and service emails may continue. Consent and suppression records

We retain the records reasonably needed to document permission, honor withdrawals, prevent unwanted messages, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. A limited consent or suppression record may need to remain after an account is closed or a marketing profile is removed. It is used for those purposes, not to restart marketing. This clarification applies to the account-duration language in the retention section below.

Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details, like your Facebook, Twitter, or other social media account. Information automatically collected

Our online booking, waiver, and communication tools are intended for adults acting for themselves or their families.
